A Royal Crown Derby bone china paperweight, modeled in the form of a recumbent Bank Vole. This piece was produced as an exclusive for the Collector’s Guild, dated 2005 (MMV). The figurine is crafted from glazed bone china and decorated in the characteristic Imari-style palette, featuring extensive gold gilding and polychrome enamels (red, blue, orange, and yellow) applied over a white ground. The base features a gold circular metal medallion stamped ‘CROWN DERBY MADE IN ENGLAND.’ Additional red text markings include ‘Bank Vole,’ ‘An Exclusive for Collector’s Guild,’ and the copyright date ‘© 2004 Royal Crown Derby MADE IN ENGLAND MMV.’ The item is presented in its original dark blue, glossy presentation box.
