A single handmade journal and an informational tag. The journal is bound in dark reddish-brown Leather, featuring extensive blind-tooled decoration on the cover, including symmetrical floral and swirling patterns. The cover is secured by a central fastener composed of a dark oval cabochon stone wrapped with a leather cord. The edges of the thick cover are finished with an exposed lacing stitch, and the spine area is decorated with an embossed repeating quatrefoil motif. The interior contains a substantial block of thick, cream-colored handmade paper, confirmed by the accompanying ‘Paper High’ tag to be manufactured from recycled materials. The overall size is consistent with the 8 X 11” format.
