A pair of vintage utility whistles identified as “The Acme Thunderer,” constructed from silver-toned metal, likely nickel-plated brass. Both examples feature the standard pea (rattler) mechanism and are impressed with the text “THE ACME THUNDERER / MADE IN ENGLAND.” One whistle is additionally marked “CONQUEROR” on its body. Both retain metal split rings, and one is attached to a partial black lanyard.
