The vase has an ovoid body tapering to a short, narrow neck and a slightly flared rim. The primary decoration is a polychrome image of a long-billed, multicolored bird perched on a branch amidst stylized foliage and red floral elements. The rim is finished with a thin band of gilt decoration.
