This is a single brass-cased torsion pendulum clock, commonly known as an anniversary clock, housed under a clear protective dome. The mechanism is supported by polished brass pillars resting on a tiered, circular brass base. The circular brass dial features elaborate chasing in a foliate scrollwork pattern. Time is indicated by black hands pointing to applied stylized Roman numerals (I-XII) finished in blue. The visible torsion pendulum utilizes four polished brass spherical weights. A small, silver-toned winding key rests on the brass platform inside the dome.
