A single glazed porcelain figurine titled Sophistication, model number HN 3059, from the Reflections by Royal Doulton collection. The figurine depicts a standing female figure modeled in an elegant, modernist style, draped in long, flowing robes finished predominantly in high-gloss white and subtle blue-gray coloration. The piece was modeled by Adrian Hughes. Markings on the underside of the base confirm the attribution and include the copyright date 1987 Royal Doulton, Sophistication HN 3059, Reflections by Royal Doulton, Adrian Hughes, MADE IN ENGLAND, Hand made and Hand painted, and the circular Royal Doulton hallmark.
