A collection of four polished slices of natural banded agate, cut from geode specimens. The slices exhibit highly concentric layering patterns in hues of deep reddish-brown, dark brown, and black, transitioning to lighter amber, orange, and tan. The centers of the slices feature crystalline quartz druzy. The slices are irregular in shape, ranging from ovoid to circular. Two of the specimens contain small drill holes near the edges, suggesting previous use or preparation as jewelry components or pendants.
Overall height reference against tape measure is 10 cm (4 inches).
