A collection of three polished natural agate slices, cut cross-sections of mineral nodules. Agate is a variety of chalcedony and quartz, and these specimens display the typical concentric banding patterns inherent to the stone. Each slice features a highly polished face contrasted by an unpolished, naturally rough outer rind. The collection comprises three distinct colorations: one dark brown and black banded slice with a bright white crystalline core; one orange and brown banded slice with a translucent white and yellow-tinted crystalline core; and one predominantly smoky gray slice with subtle white banding. No visible manufacturer markings or text are present.
Largest slice measures approximately 11.5 cm in length.
