A single sterling silver sports award medal, consistent in style with pieces identified in the market as Wells pendants. The circular medal features a soldered suspension ring and loop for wear or display. The obverse side displays a high-relief rectangular scene depicting four basketball players competing for the ball beneath a net. The reverse side is clearly marked STERLING SILVER near the bottom edge, confirming the material composition. The medal is presented in its original burgundy cardboard box.
