First Auction of the Year, including Jewellery, Watches, Pens, Whistles, Lots of Crafting items, Plus the usual, Antique, Vintage and Retro items, Don't miss it!
A collection of two vintage wooden implements likely used in dairy or food production, consistent with early 20th-century agricultural equipment. The lot includes two primary objects. The first is a large wooden tool, possibly a component of a mechanical butter worker or churn, featuring a wide, paddle-shaped blade hinged to a rectangular arm. This arm is secured with heavily oxidized metal screws and a threaded bolt mechanism. An associated wooden stick or handle, likely detached from the main assembly, is included. The second item is a sturdy, two-compartment wooden mold, reinforced externally with black metal strapping and rivets. The interior of the mold features deep, reverse-carved Cyrillic characters intended to stamp the finished product. The inscriptions read ‘УИЮОБ’ in the left section and ‘УИЮОД’ in the right section.
