A segmented ceramic serving dish manufactured by Carlton Ware, Made in England. The tray is finished in a deep cobalt blue glaze and decorated in the Chinoiserie style. The decoration includes extensive gold gilt borders and detailed enamel vignettes depicting pagodas, landscapes, and figures. The circular tray is divided into four separate serving sections and features a central stem handle topped with a cluster of polychrome glazed ceramic fruit. The underside bears the manufacturer’s mark: “Carlton Ware, Made in England, Trade Mark,” along with impressed or stamped numbers.
