A single Ardleigh Elliott porcelain music box, titled ‘Believe,’ which was the premier issue in the Mimi Jobe’s Fairyland Music Box Collection, copyrighted 2001. The box is lidded and features two silver-toned metal handles and a crown-shaped finial. The body is glazed primarily in deep purple, with the lid and base featuring a decorative spangle or glitter finish. The central band displays a transfer-printed fantasy scene depicting a white unicorn and a translucent winged figure set against a dark, forested background. The underside of the music box is marked with the title “Believe,” the collection name, the tune played (“Impossible Dream”), the issue number (B7161), and the copyright date and maker: ©2001 Ardleigh Elliott. The music mechanism is designed to play “Impossible Dream.”
