A pair of adjustable brass chambersticks, dating to the early 20th century, likely associated with the 1912 design deposit date inscribed on the base. Each chamberstick features a utilitarian design constructed entirely of brass. The form consists of a square drip-tray base, a curved carrying handle, and a cylindrical nozzle. The nozzle is equipped with an internal sliding ejector mechanism, which is adjusted and secured by a small, external thumbscrew. Affixed to the square drip-tray base of each item is a small, rectangular silver-toned plaque inscribed with the text: “A.C. – E.C.” above “dep. JAN. 6 TH 1912.”
