Buyer's premium:

A pair of antique watch fob seals, likely dating to the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. Both items are constructed of silver-toned metal. The first item is a swivel fob seal featuring a stylized looped bale and set with two circular stones. One face is a solid dark red carnelian stone, and the reverse is a dark green bloodstone with red flecks. The second item is a square/rhomboid-shaped fob seal with an attachment bale formed by elaborate scrollwork. The main body features detailed foliate engraving surrounding a central cartouche displaying the capitalized initials TJS. The base of this seal is currently empty, showing the underlying base metal, which appears to be brass or bronze, where an intaglio would typically be set. Both items are unmarked for metal content.
