Another Great Auction 29th January
A collection of six die-cast miniature commercial vehicles replicating vintage delivery lorries and trucks. The models are presented in their original display window boxes, all marked “MADE IN ENGLAND.” The lot features various historical British food brand liveries, including a John West Salmon vehicle marked “100 Years of the Best Since 1892.” The remaining five vehicles advertise Walkers Crisps, showcasing different body styles such as a box truck, a flatbed carrying white sacks, a covered wagon, and a tanker, all finished in period-appropriate colors. The models appear to be sealed within their packaging, characteristic of collectible die-cast lines such as Matchbox Models of Yesteryear or Lledo Days Gone.
