Another Great Auction 29th January
A collection of nine contemporary miniature ornaments, each featuring an intricately crafted wooden scene enclosed within a glass cloche on a circular wooden base. The themes within the collection include holiday-inspired displays with inscriptions such as Dear Santa, I’ve been good and Merry Christmas, as well as scenes featuring The Little Wooden Bear with a base marked JUST FOR YOU, a Peter Rabbit character, and architectural Tiny Town motifs. Several ornaments are fitted with gold ribbons for suspension. This lot comes with boxes, specifically the original printed cardboard packaging showing stylized illustrations that correspond to the contents.
