Another Great Auction 29th January
A collection of 17 ceramic items produced by The 1869 Victorian Pottery in England. The set is constructed from cream-colored glazed ceramic featuring dark green banded trim and decorative typography in a Victorian-revival style. The group includes mugs labeled 1 PINT, a salt pig marked SALT, a lidded cheese dome marked CHEESE, several bowls and plates, and small serving spoons or scoops. Many pieces feature a crest logo incorporating the year 1869. The underside of the items bears the printed maker mark reading THE 1869 VICTORIAN POTTERY MADE IN ENGLAND.
