A collection of British and Commonwealth philatelic material, primarily focused on First Day Covers from the late 20th to early 21st centuries, housed within three ring binders. The collection includes one maroon binder with gilt lettering for Royal Mail First Day Covers and two blue binders. Commemorative themes include the Churchill Centenary 1974, the 1981 and 1986 royal weddings, Halley’s Comet 1986, the 2003 Rugby World Cup victory, and James Bond 2008. Additional subjects include Transports of Delight, the British Museum 250th Anniversary, and various Christmas issues. The material originates from the Royal Mail, the Isle of Man Post Office, and includes a souvenir from Stampex 1963. The items are presented in clear protective sleeves and feature official postmarks, with many bearing handwritten addresses.
