A collection of 11 British royal commemorative ceramic mugs and cups, featuring various monarchs and historical milestones from the early to mid-20th century. The group consists of transfer-printed glazed earthenware and bone china pieces, many with gilt-line accents and decorative handles. Notable subjects include King George V, commemorating his 1911 coronation; the intended 1937 coronation of King Edward VIII; King George VI and Queen Elizabeth; and portraits of Queen Elizabeth II and the Queen Mother. Visible text includes CORONATION JUNE 22nd 1911, KING GEORGE V, and CORONATION OF H.M. KING EDWARD VIII MAY 12th 1937. The collection includes various ceramic forms such as cylindrical mugs, footed cups, and flared vessels, including one blue and white transfer-printed scenic mug.
