Another Great Auction 29th January
A collection of various silver-toned and mixed-media flatware and tabletop accessories. The group includes a large ladle, several salt spoons, and a serving spoon featuring an embossed floral bowl. Also present are a large serrated knife with a cream-colored handle, a smaller knife with a mother-of-pearl handle, several forks, and a decorative butter knife with scrolled detailing. The lot is complemented by two faceted cut-glass jars, one featuring a silver-toned rim and the other a hinged lid. Various pieces exhibit monograms and indistinct maker’s marks. Materials include sterling silver, silver plate, glass, mother-of-pearl, and bone or celluloid.
