A modernist art glass vase by Hoya, Japan, featuring a twisted rectangular form. The piece is constructed using the sommerso technique, with a deep ruby red core encased within a thick, clear lead crystal exterior. The vase exhibits a sculptural silhouette with polished edges and tapers to a heavy square base. A partially preserved silver-toned foil label is adhered to the base.
