A mid-century cylindrical pewter vessel designed as an engine-turned cigarette or tobacco dispenser. The exterior of the body and lid features a dense, cross-hatched knurled texture. The item is constructed with a hinged top that opens to reveal an internal perforated rack and a T-shaped metal support attached to the underside of the lid. The base is stamped with a maker mark reading (S&M) ENTURN PEWTER REGD.
