Another Great Auction 29th January
A Robert Harrop Designs Limited hand-painted collectible figurine from The Beano Dandy Collection, identifying as Desperate Dan in the role of Fireman Dan, model number BDS11. The character is depicted wearing a black fireman uniform accented with gold-tone buttons, a brown utility belt with a hatchet accessory, a gold-tone helmet, and red boots. The figure is mounted on a textured base with a wood-grain appearance. The underside of the base features a circular red manufacturer stamp including the collection name, copyright for D.C. Thomson and Co Ltd dated 2004, the model number, and the manufacturer name. Three protective felt pads are present on the bottom of the base.
