Another Great Auction 29th January
A group of two ceramic items. The first is a studio pottery vessel featuring a bulbous base and an elongated, banded neck finished in a tawny glaze with dark highlights. The base of the vessel bears an impressed Slindon Pottery mark alongside a printed paper label for Janet Upton, Slindon Pottery, Top Road, Slindon, Nr Arundel, Sussex. The second item is a small white porcelain bowl decorated in the Chinese Chicken Bowl style with hand-painted polychrome enamels depicting a rooster, flowers, and foliage.
