A Silver 925 Buckle Ring Vargas. The piece features a repousse design with a central buckle-and-strap motif set against a floral patterned ground. The design is further accented by stylized wing-like elements. The interior of the band contains several indistinct maker’s marks and hallmarks. The metal exhibits a heavy patina and intentional oxidation to highlight the decorative relief. The construction includes a mechanical hinge and a hidden clasp mechanism integrated into the buckle design.
