Another Great Auction 29th January
This lot features two die-cast model aircraft representing fighter planes from the 1940 Battle of Britain. The set includes a Supermarine Spitfire Mk I and a Messerschmitt Bf 109E-4, both finished with period-accurate camouflage and military insignia. The aircraft are accompanied by two black plastic display stands, each featuring white printed text identifying the model and the historical period. The collection is presented in its original polystyrene protective insert within a white cardboard box. The box lid includes a printed identification label reading Supermarine Spitfire & Messerschmitt Me 109 Battle of Britain.
