Another Great Auction 12th February
A Coalport bone china figurine titled Helena – Riding in Hyde Park from the La Belle Epoque collection. Produced for Compton and Woodhouse in 1992, the piece was sculpted by Jack Glynn. The figure is depicted in a cream Victorian-style riding habit featuring gold-toned scrollwork, a ruffled skirt, and a matching feathered hat while holding a riding crop. The underside of the base bears the manufacturer marks, the series title, and identifies this as hand-numbered limited edition 646 of 12,500. The figurine is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
