The plaques feature embossed relief work depicting agricultural themes, including a gaucho on horseback and cattle behind a fence. The French inscription reads EXPOSITIONS INTERNATIONALES DU CENTENAIRE DE LINDEPENDANCE DE LA REPUBLIQUE ARGENTINE 1810-1910 BUENOS AIRES. The name FRANCOIS ROQUES is visible along the edge.
