The illustration depicts a stylized rural scene set outside a General Store, featuring several African American figures and farm animals including a pig, cow, and chickens. The upper left corner contains the text Genuine BULL DURHAM SMOKING TOBACCO in yellow lettering. An illustration of a Bull Durham tobacco pouch is visible in the upper right corner. The lower right corner features the caption My! It shure am Sweet Tastan.
