A single candlestick of Neo-Classical design featuring a central turned wood shaft with a dark mahogany-colored high-gloss finish. The object is 17 inches in height and is constructed with ornate cast metal mounts, likely brass or bronze, exhibiting gadrooned patterns, beaded edges, and stylized foliate motifs. The candle nozzle is cast in the form of a textured pinecone or bud. The assembly rests upon a stepped octagonal white marble base. No maker marks or inscriptions are visible.
