Another Great Auction 12th February
This lot consists of one album containing a collection of Great Britain and regional postage stamps, including issues from the Isle of Man and Calf of Man. The collection features a variety of commemorative and definitive themes dating from the late 20th century through the early 21st century. Notable inclusions are the 1981 Complete Commemorative Year Set, featuring the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer, as well as the 1988 Spanish Armada centenary and London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games series. The stamps are presented in various denominations and include both mint never hinged examples and specimens with postal cancellations. The items are organized within protective mounts on gridded paper pages inside a spiral-bound philatelic album.
