Another Great Auction 12th February
An assortment of mid-20th-century and modern items. The group features a mechanical aviation dead reckoning navigation computer, model W.E.A. 6B/404, equipped with a circular slide rule for time and distance calculations. This instrument is accompanied by an original British Royal Navy Certified Serviceable inspection tag from R.N.A.Y. Fleetlands, dated December 12, 1956. Also included is a collection of red recordable talking buttons mounted on two black perforated modular panels. The lot further contains several sets of Staedtler-Mars Lumograph drafting pencil leads in various grades, including 5H, 5B, and 7H, housed in their original blue plastic and metal cases. Completing the collection is a handwritten vintage document on letterhead from a jeweler and goldsmith based in York.
