Another Great Auction 12th February
This collection features a black leatherette Swank men’s valet box with a red velvet-lined interior and gold-toned decorative scrollwork. The assortment includes a Masonic medal for Lodge St James No. 256, commemorating its 175th anniversary (1814-1989), suspended from a blue ribbon with a thistle motif. Military interest is represented by an Air Training Corps eagle badge. Technical and photographic equipment includes a pair of binoculars in a black leather carrying case and a Fujica Single-8 film splicer in its original red and black packaging. Decorative objects include a blue cloisonne box featuring a dragon motif and a silver-toned mesh purse with a chain strap. Also present are a vintage wooden hand plane, a corncob pipe, two small reddish-brown leather cases, one containing an amber-colored holder with a metal mount, a Remy Martin fabric drawstring bag, and various game components including dice and wooden pegs.
