Another Great Auction 12th February
This collection of Art Deco period glassware, dating to approximately the 1930s, is crafted from pressed green depression glass. The assortment includes a rectangular tray featuring geometric relief patterns, a bowl with a molded leaf motif, a pair of short candlesticks with ribbed circular bases, and a trumpet-shaped vase with a flared, scalloped rim. The glass exhibits a pale green translucent quality in natural light and displays a characteristic bright green fluorescence under ultraviolet light, confirming that the chemical composition includes 1 piece of uranium oxide as a coloring agent. No maker’s marks are present.
