Another Great Auction 12th February
An assortment of two partial tea and dinner services. The first group is composed of white ironstone in the Rialto pattern by Myott, Made in England. This set features light blue and gray scrollwork with floral motifs and gilt rims, including a coffee pot, a lidded sugar bowl, a cream pitcher, teacups, saucers, and dinner plates. The second group is crafted from white porcelain by Johann Seltmann, Vohenstrauss, Bavaria. This service features dark navy and gold-tone geometric banding and includes a coffee pot, a cream pitcher, a lidded sugar bowl, teacups, and saucers. The bases of the Myott pieces bear the Rialto Ironstone by Myott Made in England backstamp. The Seltmann pieces are marked with the Bavaria Vohenstrauss Johann Seltmann crown logo and various numerical stamps.
