This collection comprises several decorative figurines in various materials and styles. The primary piece is a large, naturalistically painted stag with multi-point antlers, depicted standing on a base modeled as a rocky outcrop and log. The stag is constructed from a composite or ceramic material. Also included is a group of porcelain dog figurines, with one specimen bearing the BESWICK ENGLAND maker’s mark on the underside. The collection is completed by several Chinoiserie-style nodding head figurines. These figures are depicted in seated positions wearing traditional patterned robes and hats, crafted in a matte-finish bisque with hand-painted facial features and decorative accents.
