Another Great Auction 12th February
A vintage East Asian oil-paper parasol featuring a hand-painted canopy. The decoration consists of large red and purple blossoms, likely peonies, with green foliage and birds in flight against a cream-colored ground. The perimeter is finished with a decorative red and blue border. The structure is composed of a traditional bamboo rib frame and a turned bamboo handle. A small numerical inventory tag is present on the handle.
