A wall-mounted cookbook stand designed by Robert Welch for Victor. The piece is constructed of cast iron with a cobalt blue enamel finish. The stand features an openwork geometric pattern of concentric chevrons and is mounted on a circular base with an adjustable tilting and pivoting mechanism. It includes black elastic cords for page retention. A small white inventory sticker marked 1377 is located on the base.
