Royal Doulton bone china figurine titled Rosemary, model number HN 3691. This piece was modeled by Nada M. Pedley and is dated 1994. The figure is depicted in a flowing, tiered gown featuring a yellow and pink floral pattern, accented by a deep blue hem and a small handheld fan. The figurine is hand-made and hand-decorated. The underside features the official Royal Doulton backstamp, a Birks retailer mark, and an original inspection sticker.
