The auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Estimated price: £20 - £40

Buyer's premium:

A group of 19th-century English salt-glazed stoneware chimney pots. Each piece features a serrated crown-style rim, commonly referred to as a castle top, above a cylindrical body with multiple raised bands. The structure transitions into a tapering, faceted base. The exterior is finished in a speckled, reddish-brown salt glaze with contrasting dark grey banding. A small embossed mark is visible on the central cylindrical section of the primary pot. These items are characteristic of Victorian architectural ceramics and are frequently repurposed as garden planters.

Condition report:

The group shows signs of age-appropriate wear consistent with outdoor architectural use. Surface dust, minor abrasions, and small chips to the serrated rims and faceted bases are present. The glaze displays typical kiln-fired variations and surface irregularities.
