Another Great Auction 12th February
A trio of polychrome resin sculptures from the Soul Journeys Maasai collection, designed by artist Stacy Bayne. The grouping features figures of a man, woman, and child in traditional attire, including vibrant red robes and intricate faux-beadwork necklaces. The figures are depicted with cultural implements such as a patterned shield and a rungu. The underside of the base bears the Soul Journeys logo and the artist signature, identifying the piece as part of a worldwide limited edition titled mwari new life beckons, numbered 0718 of 3500, with model number CF 0718 and a 2002 copyright mark. The tallest figure in the collection stands 21 inches in height.
