A pair of framed needlepoint artworks. One piece is a Wiehler Gobelin depicting a traditional European domestic interior scene with a woman in a blue and yellow dress looking out a window. The composition includes a checkerboard floor, a grandfather clock, and a table with fruit. The second piece is a portrait of a horse’s head rendered in shades of brown, black, and white against a cream background. Both items are constructed with dense, uniform yarn stitching on canvas. The interior scene is housed in a dark-stained wooden frame with a gold-toned inner border. The horse portrait is set within an ornate gilt and wood frame.
