A hand-blown art glass sculpture depicting a tropical bird, such as a parrot or cockatoo, perched upon a stylized clear glass branch. The figure is crafted with a multi-colored palette, featuring a speckled yellow head and back, a red chest and fanned crest, a blue tail, and a contrasting black beak. The clear glass base is organically shaped to resemble a natural wooden perch. The sculpture is composed of solid and blown glass elements.
