Another Great Auction 19th February
This set consists of a candle wick trimmer and a matching underplate, both of silver-plated construction. The elongated tray is decorated in the Rococo style, featuring high-relief floral and scrollwork borders and a central engraved foliate motif. The accompanying trimmer includes a box-style wick catcher, three small peg feet, and a pointed tip for wick maintenance. No visible hallmarks or maker’s marks are present on either piece.
