A silver-plated Britannia metal beaker produced by Mappin & Webb of Sheffield and London. The cylindrical body features engraved foliate and floral designs surrounding a central shield-shaped cartouche. The cartouche is inscribed THE BLACK HORSE SHOOTING CLUB 1ST SQUADRON TEAM MATCH SGT. W. PHILLIPS. The base is stamped with the maker mark MAPPIN & WEBB ELECTRO SILVER PLATE BRITANNIA METAL SHEFFIELD & LONDON and includes handwritten inventory markings.
