A vintage cast brass decorative desk accessory or sculpture manufactured by BEL in England. The piece depicts a wheelwright figure leaning over a large spoked wagon wheel. The textured, irregular base includes an anvil, various tools in relief, and a hollowed-out cylindrical container designed for use as a desk organizer. The underside features an embossed REG DESIGN mark and retains a red manufacturer label reading BEL Made in England. The sculpture is constructed from solid cast brass with a golden patina.
