A Royal Doulton porcelain figurine titled Town Crier, model number HN 2119. The figure is depicted in 18th-century period attire, including a black tricorn hat, a red coat over a patterned green waistcoat, yellow breeches, and black boots. The subject is modeled in a vocal pose, holding a gold-colored handbell and white scrolls. The figure stands on a circular base with a cobblestone motif. The piece is finished in a high-gloss polychrome glaze. The underside displays a green Royal Doulton backstamp, MADE IN ENGLAND, the title TOWN CRIER, model number H.N 2119, and a 1952 copyright mark for Doulton and Co. Limited.
