A 2006 British Virgin Islands commemorative ten dollar silver proof coin issued to celebrate the 80th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. Struck in .925 sterling silver, the reverse features a depiction of Princess Elizabeth with the Queen Mother in 1932, captioned HM Queen Elizabeth II 80th Birthday Greetings. The obverse bears the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscription BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS. The coin is housed in a clear protective plastic capsule and is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity.
