Another Great Auction 26th February
This commemorative medallion is part of the Legends of English Rugby collection by Compton & Woodhouse, celebrating the 2003 England World Cup victory. The piece was minted by Tower Mint and is plated in 22-karat gold. The obverse features a rugby player in motion and is inscribed with the text ENGLAND WORLD CHAMPIONS SYDNEY 2003. The medallion is presented in its original navy-blue velvet-lined case, which displays the C&W Legends of English Rugby logo on the interior lid. Included is a Certificate of Authenticity stating the item is from a limited edition of 9,950.
