A 9-karat gold cricket winner’s medal or fob produced by Thomas Fattorini. The obverse features an embossed design depicting crossed bats, a ball, and stumps, framed by foliate and scrollwork borders. The reverse is hand-engraved with the inscription B & D C L WINNERS 1924 M. R. C. C. H. P. and bears full British hallmarks for 9ct gold, including the Birmingham anchor, the date letter z for 1924, and the T.F maker’s mark. The item is presented in its original blue velvet and silk-lined presentation case, with the interior lid stamped for Thos Fattorini (B’Ham) Ltd, Hockley St. Birmingham.
